AI Internship - Software M&A (Remote or In-Person):

We are recruiting an AI Intern to join our San Francisco office with an immediate start, focused on developing agents or workflows for software M&A with existing tools (Hebbia, Langdock), data sources (PitchBook, CapitalQ), and additional relevant AI tools.

The AI Intern will work directly with the North America leadership team. Projects will include developing agents and workflows focused on live deal execution across software verticals and transaction types, in addition to business development and research projects.

This is a paid in-person or remote internship.

Requirements:

This is an advanced internship for students in their junior or senior year of undergraduate study. Exceptions will be made for sophomores with highly relevant work experience.
