Creative Project Manager Intern

THE ROLE: CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER INTERN​

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ​

We are looking for a passionate and organized Creative Project Management Intern to join our team for the summer! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the coordination, planning, and execution of creative projects. You will work closely with designers, content, production, and other team members to help ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while contributing to exciting projects.​

Assist in managing the timelines and workflow of creative concept to completion​

Collaborate with creative stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution​

Help track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring projects stay on track​

Organize and maintain project documentation, schedules, and status reports in Wrike​

Support the creative team with administrative tasks, such as meeting coordination and resource management​

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help implement creative strategies​

CAPABILITIES + SKILLS REQUIRED: ​

Strong interest in project management and creative industries​

Excellent communication and organizational skills​

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment​

Operational Minded, Knowing how to turn chaos into clarity​

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Wrike) is a plus​

Understanding of Adobe Suite, Design terminology is a plus​

PREFERRED MAJORS + HELPFUL COURSEWORK:​

Graphic Design, Project Management, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, Business Administration​

​THE DETAILS​

LOCATION: San Francisco/ Bay Area​

HOURS: full time, non- exempt (hourly) / 40 hrs per week for 10 weeks​
