STEM Program Instructor

Job Title: STEM Program Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Lead and instruct STEM - Robotics, Coding, Math, Science and EE classes for diverse student ages and skill levels.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student engagement.
• Guide and support students in achieving their learning objectives.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment.
• Availability from 9 am to 5 pm on 2-3 days a week (Half day shifts available)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (in progress/completed) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Prior teaching/intern experience in Robotics, Coding, Math, Science or EE.
• Comfortable teaching and employing unique methods for various age groups.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and engage students effectively.
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in working with diverse student populations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Robotics, Coding, Math, Science or EE.
• Proficiency in managing and instructing students of different skill levels.
• Background check required upon hiring.
