Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Align Sales Pros in Santa Clara, CA. Whether you're seeking a Full-Time role or an Internship opportunity, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling AT&T Fiber services to both residential and business clients. This is a customer-facing role where you will engage with potential customers and business clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored fiber optic solutions. You will play a crucial part in expanding AT&T's fiber service footprint, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for AT&T Fiber products and services in both residential and business sectors.

Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels (in-person, phone calls, events, referrals, etc.).

Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to prospective residential customers and business clients.

Develop relationships with new and existing customers and businesses to maximize sales opportunities.

Customer and Business Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with both residential customers and business clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and offering solutions to ensure a positive experience for both individual and business clients.

Follow up with leads and clients to ensure continued interest and satisfaction.

Sales Targets and Performance:

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas for AT&T Fiber products in both the residential and business markets.

Track and report on sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends.

Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to achieve overall company objectives.

Product Knowledge and Education:

Maintain a deep understanding of AT&T Fiber products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to both residential and business clients.

Stay up-to-date with new products, features, and industry trends to offer cutting-edge solutions.

Specific Skills Needed:

Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with diverse customers, including residential homeowners and business clients, and clearly articulate the benefits of AT&T Fiber.

Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in similar roles, with experience selling to both individuals and businesses.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions for both residential customers and business clients.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and negotiate terms effectively with both residential and business customers.

Self-Motivated and Results-Driven: Motivated to achieve personal and team sales goals across residential and business sectors.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology to track sales, manage customer information, and communicate with potential clients.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Adaptability: Flexible and willing to adjust strategies based on the needs of residential customers and business clients.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in a technology, telecommunications, or related field. Experience in direct-to-consumer sales and business-to-business (B2B) sales is a plus.

Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with basic computer programs and sales tools (CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field-based activities.

Availability: Flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed to meet customer demands and sales goals.

Extended Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader sales team and management to share best practices and develop strategies for customer and business client acquisition and retention.

Marketing Support: Assist in executing local marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeting both residential customers and business clients.

Customer and Business Client Education: Educate both residential customers and business clients on the benefits and features of AT&T Fiber, ensuring they fully understand how the service will enhance their daily lives or operations.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, optimizing your sales approach and increasing conversions across both market segments.

Leadership Participation: Attend regular training and leadership development programs to further grow your sales skills and career trajectory.
